General
These terms apply to all purchases made on ouaw.se and are intended for consumers. By placing an order, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to shop on ouaw.se.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This serves as your receipt and proof of purchase. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us before placing a new order.
Prices and payment
All prices are stated in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT. Currencies such as EUR and USD may be shown for reference and may vary depending on exchange rates.
For deliveries outside the EU, Swedish VAT is deducted at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient.
Payment is processed by our payment providers using secure encryption. OUAW does not have access to your card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an incorrect price is identified, we will contact you and you have the right to cancel your purchase.
Delivery
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours or the next business day.
Estimated delivery times: Sweden: 1–3 business days EU: 3–6 business days Outside EU: 4–9 business days
Public holidays may affect delivery times. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
Unclaimed parcels are subject to a fee of SEK 350 to cover shipping and handling. An unclaimed parcel does not constitute a valid withdrawal of purchase.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can: — use the withdrawal function on ouaw.se, or — contact us at hello@ouaw.se
You may also use the standard withdrawal form provided by the Swedish Consumer Agency.
The product must be returned within 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product.
We will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days from receiving the returned product or proof that it has been sent.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, OUAW offers a 60-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Complaints
If a product is defective, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
The right to complain applies for three years from the date of delivery. Complaints made within two months from discovering the defect are always considered to be submitted in time.
If the complaint is approved, you are entitled to: — repair — replacement — price reduction or refund
OUAW covers the return shipping cost for approved complaints.

Warranty
OUAW offers a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights.
The warranty does not cover: — normal wear and tear — scratches — accidental damage — water damage — unauthorised repairs or modifications — loss or theft

Intellectual property
All content on ouaw.se, including text, images, graphics and trademarks, belongs to OUAW AB or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
OUAW is not liable for indirect damages. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Force majeure
OUAW is not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or government actions.
Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
In the event of a dispute, we ask that you first contact us at hello@ouaw.se so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
OUAW accepts review by Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) and complies with its recommendations. arn.se
