Returns are accepted within 60 days. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

To return, contact us at hello@ouaw.se and we will provide the return address. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. We recommend a trackable service.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Please note: water damage to AKIN First Series pieces is not covered. These pieces are not water-resistant — damage from water exposure cannot be refunded. This is stated clearly on the product page and in the Outlet — First Series section.

For exchanges, return the original piece and place a new order.
