Have you ever dreamt of finding a pearl as your beach finds? The Philippines could be the place.

Several of the world’s biggest natural pearls were found in the Philippines. A fisher recently handed in an enormous one after he had it tucked under his bed for years as a good luck charm.

Sand is the backbone for many creations but very rarely for pearls. If it were enough with sand entering a clam for a pearl to grow, pearls would litter the oceans.
